Shipping policy

All orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days following payment confirmation.

During periods of high demand, promotions, or special events, preparation time may be slightly extended.

Shipping Methods

We currently offer the following options:

Standard Shipping

• Estimated delivery: 4 to 7 business days.

Express Shipping

• Estimated delivery: 2 to 3 business days.

Coverage

Delivery times are estimates and depend on the courier service's coverage area.

For locations classified as extended coverage zones, the carrier may apply an additional fee or require a longer delivery time. If an extra charge applies, we will contact you before processing the shipment.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Returned Packages

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, incomplete information, the recipient's absence, or any other reason attributable to the customer, the shipping cost must be paid again to re-ship the order.

Delays

Liz Salais Beauty Co. is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, logistical congestion, extraordinary events, or situations beyond our control.
